Numeus Internal Financial Reporting Tool

Who this applies to: This application is used exclusively by authorized Numeus employees. It is not available to the public and does not collect data from, or about, any external individual or customer.

Data accessed: This application connects to Numeus's QuickBooks Online company via Intuit's official OAuth 2.0 authorization process. It accesses financial and accounting data already stored in QuickBooks Online (e.g., accounts, transactions, invoices, reports) strictly to display and summarize that data for internal reporting purposes.

Data storage: This application does not maintain a separate database of QuickBooks data. It reads data from QuickBooks Online at the time of each request and does not persist or export that data outside of Numeus's own systems.

Data sharing: No data accessed through this application is sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party.

Access control: Only authorized Numeus personnel have credentials to use this application. Access can be revoked at any time via the Intuit Developer Portal or directly within QuickBooks Online's connected apps settings.
